I was experiencing tremendous back pain in my lumbar spine. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was a +10!!! I needed help to put on my socks and shoes; I had to use a walker and a cane; And pain medications did not help me at all!

I tried treating my problem with a heat pad, icy hot balm, Tylenol, and even with codeine… but all of these only gave me temporary relief.

Now that I have been receiving Chiropractic Care at the Ventura Spinal Care Center for a while now, my pain level when I get out of bed in the morning is only a 1, 2 or 3. But after I move around a while, I have no pain thereafter!

My life has absolutely improved since I started chiropractic care in this office! I am almost pain-free and now have a normal lifestyle!
