I was suffering with severe pain that prevented me from standing or walking for more than five minutes at a time.

I had tried other Chiropractors, physical therapy, and was taking a large amount of pain medications, but none of it seemed to help.

The pain at times was so bad that I had to miss a lot of work – sometimes up to three months per episode. In fact, I had missed so much work due to severe back pain over the last seven years that I was going to be fired!

After my care at the Ventura Spinal Care Center, I can now stand and walk without pain; I can clean my house; and I can go on trips with my family and enjoy my grandchildren! Not only that, but I sleep better, walk a whole lot more, go shopping on my own, and can lift and carry things, and no longer use a cane to walk.

I have a life again thanks to Dr. Alff and his staff. My life has improved 100% and I no longer live with the worry of being fired from my job!
