I wanted to say a few words about the “vibrating, pulsing, rolling” machine that Dr. Alff put me on. Dr. Alff tells me it is called Vivatek, a non-invasive disc rehabilitation therapy table.

Whatever it is called, I’ve had tremendous gains from the therapy I’ve gotten on this machine. I injured my back about three weeks ago and at that time I was pretty nervous about some of my symptoms. Right after my injury I developed “drop foot,” I guess you could call it. What it means is that I could not lift my right foot from a standing position. That meant that when I walked, my right foot would simply “flop” on the ground as I walked. I looked like a permanently disabled person!!!

And if that weren’t enough, I had irritating pains going down my legs (both) to the point where it was hard to sleep sometimes. I had other symptoms and discomforts and debilitations.

After about two weeks (about 6 treatments) of Activator spinal adjustments combined with the Vivatek therapy, I began to notice I COULD WALK!!!…normally! And the shooting pains stopped and I’ve felt great ever since!!! It has been incredible.

I’ve gone into such detail here because I didn’t want anyone reading this to “gloss over” what has really happened to me and how that machine and Dr. Alff and his practice has changed my life. Thank you so much!
