Meet Jennifer Wolff

When you first enter the Ventura Spinal Care Center, Jennifer “Jen” Wolff, our Patient Case Manager, will greet you with her beautiful smile. Jennifer is a very integral part of our health transformation team and you will feel comfortable the minute you meet her. You will find that you are extremely fortunate to have this wonderful lady working with you to help you in your initial steps towards improving your health.

Jen has worked here since 1997 in various capacities and she will know exactly what you need to do to get started on your road to transforming your health. She will help you complete any required paperwork. . She will ensure that you are seen quickly but will make sure that you have all the time you need to have your questions answered.

When she is not helping our patrons, she is enjoying life with her two beautiful children, Kodie and Donnie, and pursuing her other occupation as a massage therapist and health advocate.

In other words, you are in very good hands from the moment you step into our office.

Meet Rosey Esparza

She is Dr. Alff’s Back Office Assistant and he would be lost without her! She has been working as a part of our team since 2005.

Rosey is our non-surgical spinal decompression technician for incredible pain-relieving treatments on the amazing DRX-9000. She is one of the key reasons we have so many happy and satisfied patients. She also will be performing any therapy that may be needed to get you back to optimal health.

Rosey also assists Dr. Alff with whatever else may be needed for our patients’ optimal healing. She is very knowledgeable in the Essential Oils that we use in our office to assist the healing process, so if you have any questions about essential oils she is a great source to ask. She also is a massage therapist and definitely has a healing touch. She knows the human body and what it will take for you to heal quickly.

When not with us, she is the proud mother of Brianna, a beautiful young lady that is attending Whittier College. . She loves animals and has the healing touch with them also!

She is awesome and everyone loves her! She will make you feel very welcome and comfortable. You’ll love her, just like we do!

Meet Susan Alff

Susan has been happily married to Dr. Steven Alff, D.C. since 1975 and has been working side-by-side with him since 1984.

Susan will handle any insurance processing for you so you don’t have to worry about all the paperwork needed. She has been billing insurance companies now for 28 years, so is very knowledgeable about all the intricacies of insurance companies and knows what is needed to get your claim paid.

She also handles all the office ordering of supplies, accounts payable and does most of the marketing for the office.

Dr. Alff and Susan have two grown children. Darren is an Internet Entrepreneur and lives in Park City, Utah when not traveling the world. Marissa is an Interior Designer and lives and works in the Design District in Los Angeles, CA.

When Susan is not at the office, she enjoys reading, walking their Australian Shepherd Maggie, going to the beach, or visiting with family and friends.
